Description

On weekends, cars are parked up and down this little street, with owners of the vehicles trying to sell their cars. This is not a car lot. People stand in the streets or park their cars in the street, either talking to the owners or trying to get the car information, which can block traffic as well as be a danger for anyone driving or standing in the street. I've tried to report this to the city with no avail.
