Sorry for the confusion on the address of the report.
The application identified the Nimitz freeway, but it would be the streets below the freeway, or rather the street below the Nimitz freeway that was shown in the initial report. There is a street parallel to Webster and Harrison, that is not identified on the map, so I cannot tell you the name, but it is on that street.
