According to HCAD this is or was Brill street. It's over grown with weeds and fallen trees. The apartments adjacent use it to dump their garbage. The city comes around placing yellow warning signs on property's with violations but have yet to clean their own properties. In the messages section I will attach the hcad Plat section that shows this is or was Brill street.
