The mess is there there! How is this closed?

Ha! I've lost complete faith in the city of New Westminster Bylaw team as they don't seem to actually follow up with issue or close them because they don't want to deal with them. I talked to one of them and they went on about how it takes a lot of work and effort to issue bylaw infractions so they pick and choose which they will handle. I found this interesting as this is what their job is and what is the point of bylaws if they the city isn't going to in force them when they are brought to their attention?

We will look into it further.

An order went out and the officer will monitor to ensure clean-up.
