Energy gas station is a drug hub. Dealers parking all day users smoking all day. Loitering, drug use, drug sales, alcohol consumption.

It takes a village. People in your neighborhood need to document the problems and file as many complaints as possibles with the Calif ABC ( alcohol beverage control) they do not want to see any loitering, litter or graffiti.
