2nd request. Overgrown city lot with abandon house and weeds and vines. Emergency hazzard for family due to overgrowth on tax payers property. Electric & Cable can't go in back of our homes for services due to this "jungle". The city of Philadelphia need to clean up their property too!!! The house been abandon for over 35-40 yrs. It looks like a little fairmount park back there....come see for yourself.
