Just to clarify the image above is at 39 Cedar St, not 54 Dudley St. I reported this same stretch of sidewalk yesterday. Obviously, no progress in the intervening 24 hours. According to the Cambridge city property database 39 Cedar St is an 8-unit apartment building owned by FLORI FAMILY HOLDINGS, LLC. Clearly the Flori family needs to be taken to task over this.

Pat H - Thank you for the correction. The phone GPS wasn't as accurate as I thought it would be. This property never shoveled all of last year. People trudged through the snow every day, compacting it to a thick layer of ice that was even worse to walk on than snow.
