Description

In the yard at 73 Whitehall there is a large, dead tree hanging over from an adjacent yard on Brompton, and hanging over the power lines at a span adjacent to a transformer. This looks dangerous, and we have some concern about it coming down in a next storm, causing injury and power outages in the area.
