Sprinklers? Irrigation issues: major puddling and runoff are present on non-rainy days.Appears that in the midst of a bad drought, the park here is wasting a lot of water. Field is adjacent to Lazear Elem, on tiny street that Ts at 29th Ave, leads into Food Maxx/shopping ctr.
