答 This trailer has been parked here for months, and is now preventing snow removal. The trailer obviously did not move during the recent snow emergency, and the plows had to go around, leaving a pile of snow in the bike lane rather than the side of the road. Either the trailer needs to move and the area needs to be replowed, or someone needs to go out and manually deal with the snow around it.
