About half the road was resurfaced. Seems it would be more expensive than resurfacing the entire road. Every location where the sawed cuts across the road between the old and new blacktop looks like a problem as the new blacktop settles and areas where new holes will start to form. Would it have not been less expensive and a better surface if the entire road was repaved? Seems they are doing the same thing on many other roads.
