There are two properties located on Frankford Ave. that have had "For Rent" Signs up for year but there has not been any movement. changes or development and I believe this to be an abandoned property that is now stuck in the middle of a Philadelphia Development corridor. These properties are not only a blight on the neighborhood they are likely a breeding ground for drugs and illegal activity.
