The ramp metering at all freeway entrances including Green River are under the jurisdiction of Caltrans. We have notified them of this issue and told us that they will respond right away to address it. Please contact Caltrans District 8 to report ramp metering issues in the future at (866) 383-4631. Caltrans confirmed with us they have addressed the issue. We plan to monitor this location tomorrow and address it if the Caltrans fix has not been successful.
