Description

Dark blue Honda Accord the license plate 3 DP 283ES has not moved and it has been parked in the same place since September 2015. The tags have been expired since September 2015.
It is hard to find a parking on Chalgrove Dr after 4pm. Sometimes I have/everyone else has to park 2 blocks away. I am disabled and it is not fare for the owner of this Honda to use the public street as a storage for their vehicle.
There is also 2 more owners of vehicles that use Chalgrove Dr as a parking storage for their unused vehicles for 2 weeks or more. A silver Ford 4 door sedan (license 6NWC650) and a Plymouth Pt Cruiser brown convertible 3 (license 7DEK676). Not fare and they should at least move vehicles every few days.
