This is troubling!!. You send a "Congratulations" message on closing the issue, when in fact, you didn't fix the issue at all:
"Dear Richmond Resident,
We are happy to report that your Non-functioning Street Light request has been completed by the assigned agency."
I walked by the street light pole again this morning...and it is STILL BUSTED...and has been with electrical wires exposed to the elements for many months! Last February, I used your map feature to drop a pin on the exact location (see above map), but you say you can't locate it. What kind of technology is that? For pete's sake, it is at the intersection of Glyndon Lane and Rettig Road in the Granite area of South Richmond, on the south side of Glyndon. The light works, but the shell of the light and lense has been busted and parts are still visible on the ground below it. Can I be anymore clear?
Your issue was reported to Dominion Virginia Power. To check the status of your repair please contact Dominion Virginia Power at 866-366-4357 and reference work order #31241327. This ticket is being closed since the lights listed are not maintained by the City of Richmond. Thank you.
