R. the picture shows snow and ice two and a half feet from the curb and this is a smaller curb, so it needs to be plowed all the way. Last year winter 14-15 the plow driver did an excellent job every time, this year we have not ever had it plowed to the curb there's been ice and snow here over two feet the entire time
