Sharraxaadda

There is a white Audio Q7 sitting on the left side of the block here. It's been here several months. Damage to the back and front right side. Right rear tire is flat. PA tags JKJ 4676 I looks like it was hit where it's been parked. Can someone run that tag and or look into this and have it towed away if stolen or abandon? Thank you
