Description

Double yellow lines are missing on D Street on the North side of the Capitol. Lines are needed between Louisiana avenue NW and 1st Street NE. Other parts of D Street nearby have double yellow markings. I would not think it necessary except several times I have seen drivers turning left at night from the small N Capitol section @ D street road and they turn directly into oncoming traffic and remain on the left side of the road until avoiding an accident.
