The hill on Bolinger Street has a speed limit of 25mph yet cars frequently speed 10-20mph over that up and down the hill. Because of the construction on Main Street there has been a increase in traffic and the whole Bolinger area has become very busy and downright dangerous. Speed bumps should be added to the hill and this would to stop this.

There was one of those speed limit sensors there for two whole days!!!
I live on the street and somebody was riding my tail and eventually gave me the finger for going the speed limit up the hill!! People have contacted the homeowners association and the city council but no-one seems to care.
