So what was the purpose of spending all that money on Lake Merritt and just letting the homeless take over. Pretty sure the advocates, the Mayor are the ones supplying all this, plus a few others. I don't have a problem with tents, its where they are being allowed to set up camp. Parks are not for camping. Who knows what is being thrown into the lake. A huge lot or an abandoned building is a solution, what is the problem?
