I saw a police presence at the intersection with the Loree Grand at night this weekend.

We are having the same condom issue in our alley on the south side of the homes between 2nd and 3rd NE. It's really disgusting and there seems to be no police presence in the alley where the actual acts occur!

Has this situation improved since being reported?
