Description

White Cadillac, Tag # N01 7WQ, has not moved out of driveway at above address for several months. Parts of it lying in front yard. Tag expired 1/2016. My contact info MUST REMAIN ANONYMOUS.. Owner of property unreasonable and vindictive... If I cannot file this complaint anonymously, I do NOT wish to continue with the report.. Please.. Thank you.
