the property in the 3400 block of Maryland Avenue @ corner of Milton street is an eyesore to say the least!!! there is another property facing Milton street right behind it that is just as bad!!! the grass is high and the stray cats seem to have taken up permanent residence in and around these properties. I'm pretty sure there's a few species of snakes roaming around there as well!! the property facing Maryland just flat out makes all of the other well-kept homes look terrible and the properties facing Milton are overgrown with trash and old furniture and tires everywhere!! this signals years of neglect and turning a blind eye. can something be done about this?
