This is not a City of Richmond light. This is a Dominion Va Power (private) light.

We are talking about two different lights. The light I'm speaking of is on the north side of Bainbridge St, and the only numbers on the pole are 2227B. I am not talking about the lights in the abandoned parking lot.

All the City of Richmond Public Utilities owned street lights are working.

If you would like to contact me and meet me there, I would be glad to point it out to you. Did anyone find the pole with 2227B nailed into it? It looks exactly the same as all the DPU lights there. Actually, I think the confusion here is because the light is in the 2000 block, not the 2200 block.
