Parking for bikes is extremely difficult on 2nd st near Head House Books, Japanese Restrurant. Etc. Parking meters have been removed but the poles have yet to get the parking circle for bikes to replace the meters. The location is on 2nd st between South St and Bainbridge st. It has been over a year . Please help
