OPD Abandoned Autos only abate abandoned vehicles with on one living in them. If you believe someone is living in the vehicle, please contact OPD non emergency at (510) 777-3333.

So you are admitting that PWD really do not refer abandoned cars on Oakland's city streets to the abandoned auto detail. First you want all the Pro-Bono SCF PWD volunteers to do all the work of reporting issues. When we do report issue to PWD you now want us to report them to some other city, county or state agency. FYI any vehicle abandoned on a City of Oakland street, sidewalk or public space is a PWD problem.
