Description

Several lots on my block (1000 block of Cordell, 77009) lack drainage of any form. As such, my neighbor's property line near the road and the southeast corner of my lot flood regularly. The entire street floods when it rains a block or two south of my house. Cordell St north of Patton is in severe need of improvements to drainage.
