    Several lots on my block (1000 block of Cordell, 77009) lack drainage of any form. As such, my neighbor's property line near the road and the southeast corner of my lot flood regularly. The entire street floods when it rains a block or two south of my house. Cordell St north of Patton is in severe need of improvements to drainage.

    There are not any ditches on my lot (has been that way since I purchased it) or on my neighbor's lot to the south of me. As such, their lot frequently floods on the several feet closest to the street. Lately, the southeast corner of my lot has been flooding any time it rains heavily. A portion of the entire street floods a couple block south of us each time it rains. We really need better draining on our portion of Cordell St.
