Description

overgrown weeds, grass, etc. blocking sidewalk so high you can't walk through it. People are letting their dogs use the weeds as a bathroom

this is still a problem and now people have been dumping household trash, dog waste filled plastic bags in the weeds. I cleaned it Sunday morning, and the trash is back. This bldg is an eyesore and the sidewalk is an absolute mess.

finally took care of this myself for 2013. Used professional weed killer and contacted the owner.
