This issue has not been resolved as there are reeking garbage bags and cans STILL outside the hair salon at 29th & Poplar all day every day. Litter, including hair-weave, food & food containers, all over sidewalk. Owners have literally changed address on building to read "891 Poplar" instead of "891 N. 29th" which confuses city agencies who refuse to address problem.
