Description

A lot on Magnolia Street Lane, across from my back yard, has 20' bamboo covering the entire lot. There are remains of a homeless camp in the middle of the bamboo. The owner lives adjacent to this lot, but refuses to clear/clean it. It is not only an eyesore, it harbors a bad element in this historic nieghborhood.
