Description

From a neighbor "Howard managed to get their mini tractors out to plow the front of their dorm, but seem to not realize that they are also required to plow the rest of their sidewalk. It was one of the only properties not plowed on the walk to the metro this morning. Shame on Howard - but they could plow today..."
