There are camps of homeless drug addicts on both sides of Hannah. This is the same group that was recently evicted from the abandoned warehouse at corner of 32nd and Hannah Streets.

This group brings in a TON of debris onto Hannah Streets on their bikes and shopping carts. They dump what they can not sell at Alliance Recycling right on Hannah Street. What a mess.
