Description

Dried braches continue to fall from this tree this time narrowly missing my neighbor as she was walking her children. This will be the third complaint on file concerning this issue. My neighbor has also lodged two complaints about this issue. This is a serious safety issue to anyone passing under this tree when these dry branches fall.
