This alley way is lined with small uncovered trash cans overflowing with garbage from the fast food places along W.Chester Pike. The diner has dumpsters but leaves them open all night and day and bugs and mice are running all over especially at night. A filthy carpet layed down on the road is ground into the pavement permanently. Are there no laws regarding clean up behind resturants? How often is their garbage supposed to be picked up?
