Description
The city needs to have a residential parking ban, first on one side of the street, then on the other. Then they need to actually remove the snow that is partially blocking intersections. If they don't properly clean the snow after each storm, things become more difficult with each storm. Why doesn't New Haven follow a logical system to guarantee clear streets during the winter? Is there any real explanation for running a snow clean-up that often seems arbitrary and badly managed?
