There is a dumpster behind 918 N. 15th St (on Cambridge St) that is picked up between 4-5am twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) by Accurate Trash. The sanitation department sent someone out in April and early pick ups stopped. That lasted until 7/2, when they started coming this early again. What can I do?! I submit a complaint to the Streets Department and Philly 311 each time it happens and have never gotten a satisfactory response.
