Rental property at 508 Beverly Dr has two large trees on its property line with large branches hanging over half my house and deck . Limbs are always falling on our roof,deck, and side of house. With storms lately afraid branch will fall into bed room. Very dangerous for us, kids, grandkids, and pets. Have asked the owner several times to trim his trees but says he is not going to and doesnt have too. Does not care for our safety. Gus has been working on the house for six months to rent and is there daily. Branches are also hanging Power lines and Cable line.
