The neighbors throw all their snow in the street every winter. This year the city took away parking on one side due to plows not being able to pass by because of all the snow placed between the curb & vehicles roadside parking. This is an issue every year but this year with one sided parking it's much worse. 1st storm of the year & this is what we're dealing with...
