There is a group of men who drink beer under the expressway all day, which is fine with me, however, they leave dozens and dozens of beer cans littered everywhere DAILY, additionally they are responsible for broken glass. Can we get them a garbage can? or Recycling? this area has a street sweeper go through weekly but it is NOT sufficient. There is also a TON of Wawa garbage ALWAYS from the Columbus Blvd Wawa. That shopping center should be responsible to maintain a garbage can for their patrons who unfortunately cannot manage to take their trash with them when they go. There are children and pets who utilize this area and neighborhood residents who park their car. LASTLY these guys can't be bothered to go home and use the rest room so it generally smells like urine. Can cops clear this area every so often?
