说明

The 2015 repaving of 6th Avenue seems to have altered the flow of rainwater coming off the street and onto our driveway. This has made the rocks we have at the end of our driveway no longer effective at preventing the 6th Avenue rainwater runoff from traveling up our driveway. Instead, the rainwater first makes large muddy pools at the end of our driveway, then it makes its way up our driveway westward, where it leaves a muddy mess. The rainwater then travels through our side yard and enters our neighbor's driveway, where it travels westward down his driveway and through his giant metal garage. This never happened before the street was repaved, but it has happened repeatedly since. Can the city come and dump some rocks at the end of our driveway to serve as a dam that will keep the rainwater from collecting on our driveway and on our neighbor's driveway? Thank you!
