Opis
Crossing guard does not consistently stop cars turning from cherry onto elm when there are pedestrians. This creates an even more unsafe cross than if there were no crossing guard as the cars are also relying on him to indicate when a pedestrian is about to cross. If there is a crossing guard it has to be for all pedestrians crossing and not just students as the cars become reliant on him and may not otherwise be as careful.
