I will go ahead and report the two streetlights that you have provided numbers for. EMC is going to require the pole numbers off of the other two lights in order to have them fixed as well. The Engineering Department can sometimes pull them off of our streetlight database, but unfortunately, it does not show pole numbers for Avery Park. Please note that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the light to be repaired. If there are issues with the underground wiring, it can take longer. Please let me know whether the issue has or has not been resolved at the end of the 7 day period so that I can either close the issue or re-report it to EMC.
