Description

This morning during broad daylight someone came and dump all their trash on the street. it is a huge mess and right in front of a school. Children have to walk by it on their way to school and it also blocks neighbors from opening their gate. This is now the 3rd time and we have also requested signs in the past and those requests were ignored.
