It was probably a cab. and don't waste your time calling the Police they won't respond to MV complaints. EVER !
I have complained to my District Supervisor about where they store dirt bikes for 6 years and nothing. Cars traveling down a one way street the wrong way daily- nothing- Unregistered cars driving like idiots-speeding-Nothing.
But kids with a basketball hoop in the street- that he's on. Cluttered yards in the neighborhood- that he's on.
Someone please explain those priorities to me?

Has anyone asked the NHPD how many tickets have been given out specifically in East Rock (not including Whitney Avenue or State Street, which have state-funded stings) for the following illegal behaviors over the past 2 years?
1) Speeding
2) Noise violations
3) Running red lights
I would not be surprised if the answer is "close to 0" for all of the above.
