Description

Every Tuesday 5 AM until 5:30 AM very loud generator turns on at 115 Windel Dr, Raleigh, NC. Residential property but occupied by Time Warner switching equipment. Please get them to change generator testing time. Approx 400 feet from my house, Police have advised me to use this site for reporting this issue. thanks.
