Because the photo does not show the other side of the trash piles dumped, when will the clean up be done?

Due to the trash remaining in the yard space behind private homes on Market Street, it has resulted in several potential home buyers looking at a new house on Copeland street to refuse.
The trash is in full view and without the City of Brockton's commissioner enforcing the illegal dumping laws, more potential homebuyers will ignore the development potential .

Waiting for the clean up to occur .
The house for sale is $339,000 on the adjacent street .
Illegal trash dumping does not encourage home ownership in the area.

Refuse Department will clean after Board of Health Notifications are completed.

Inspector Borges has addressed the issue

There has been no progress on getting this property owner to be held accountable for trash covering the yard space of 5 homes .
Since 2013, this trash pile has increased and the City Of Brockton has done no enforcement.
