Joe, u should call Stanley Roberts KRON news, so he can do another story on this. I have never seen Oakland look like this. These pictures need to be sitting on every city leaders desk. Don't know what's going on in this city, but its not looking good.

The city is allowing these camps and the dumps and (human) waste but they are doing almost nothing to clean it up. Public works passes the buck and closes the reports as quick as it can. It is a People Behaving Badly moment but is it the homeless or city hall behaving badly? You might also let Anne Macovic at CBS 5. She made a comment about how the camps were "intimidating" a couple of Sunday's ago.
