Description

Overflowing city trash barrel. No room for mor trash so litter is lying on the ground all around barrel. Includes a piece of car wreck.

The same poorly thought out bins that reside at all entrances to Wooster Square. One pizza box placed on top of the narrow, removable insert means that trash piles up and immediately starts spilling over while, beneath the pizza box, three narrow feet of empty garbage can sits unusable.
