On May 13th 2012 I was leaving Bi-Lo Grocery. As I was leaving the store the wheel of my shopping cart went into a small pot -hole located near the front of the store. I filed a report wiith the insurance company within days of the accident. Due to this pot-hole I was injured. I have been treated for the injuries however the pot-hole as not been repaired as of 08/03/2012. It is my belief that someone can seriously injure themselves if it is not repaired. Kahn Development Company Inc. is the Insured and the insurance company that represents them is Zurich North America. Perhaps you can look into this matter since it is has almost been three months and this matter has not been resolved.
